First-Time Login Instruction
If you are logging into your account for the first time, you will have to use your default password. Your default password is 2-digits of your birth month plus the last 2 digits of your birth year plus the last four digits of your social security number (SSN).
For example, let’s say your birthday is October 21, 1996, which is 21/10/1996 or 10/21/1996 and the last four of your SSN are 2642, then your default password is 10962642.
Use your default password to log in for the first time and once you log in, you can create a new password for your account that can be used from then on.
